Return/Exchange Policy

We hope you love all of your purchases from Fiveology. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know so we can make it right! We are here to meet your every need, so please read our return policy and follow the steps to return your item! Please note, we accept returns for store credit or exchange only. We reserve the right to review all items if/and before store credit is given. 

Return Conditions:

  • Purchases must be returned within 14 business days of the time you received it
  • Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for a return (unworn, unwashed, & with tags attached)
  • No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, or cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
  • Jewelry, any reduced-price items or merchandise marked “SALE” or “Final Sale” cannot be returned
  • Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at heyfiveology@gmail.com and forward photos of any damages.

Return/Exchange Information:

1. Please make sure you read our return conditions before you request to send a return!

2. All returns request may be done by emailing heyfiveology@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number, & the date you placed your order! You will hear back from somebody within 48 hours. Please be mindful that if it has been past 14 days, your return will not be apprived. 

3. If return is approved, place your items in the original packaging or wrapped up safely, as well as the packing slip included in the bag with your purchase. This has all of your information and order number on it. 

    • Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs
    • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
