Return Policy

We hope you love and feel beautiful in all your pieces from Fiveology! If for some reason you are not happy with your order, we’ve made the return process super easy for you. Just head to our Return Portal to start your return/exchange and follow the steps from there!

We offer Free Returns at checkout for a small, optional fee. If Free Returns is purchased, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. If Free Returns is not purchased, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

 • Returns must be initiated through our return portal within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Eligible returns are for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

• Sale items and items purchased at 25% off or more are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or damage may not be accepted.
